About Us
The Goshen Education Foundation was established to support the students, staff, and administration of the Goshen Local School District. Through financial assistance, volunteer efforts, and community partnerships, we aim to enrich educational opportunities and enhance the learning environment for all.
History
Started in 2016, the Goshen Education Foundation, a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization, was created to support the students, staff, and administration of the Goshen Local School District.
Mission
The mission of the Goshen Education Foundation is to promote, enhance, and supplement educational programs, including extracurricular activities, for the benefit of the students and faculty of the Goshen Local Schools District. We work with the Board of Education, GLSD staff, and other community agencies to help provide a great education for our students. We support student’s and staff’s experience in the Goshen Local Schools in the following ways:
- Enhancing the academics and educational experience
- Student activities, student life, and enrichment activities
- Scholarships and financial assistance
- Providing access to technology, equipment, and facilities
