Applications Due Date:  March 27th

Criteria

• The applicant must be a Goshen High School graduating senior who is planning on pursuing higher education by the fall of their graduation year from Goshen High School.

• The applicant must have a GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of graduation. The applicant must provide the Education Foundation Committee a copy of his/her transcript. Note: Your application will NOT be considered without your transcript.

• The scholarship funds will not be awarded until the applicant has provided proof of enrollment in a program. The award will be made payable to your college.

• The Education Foundation reserves the right to revoke the scholarship award if the recipient is found to be involved in actions/situations deemed inappropriate by the Goshen Education Foundation or if any other stipulations are not met.

Instructions

• Submit the your application to your high school counselor before the deadline.

• Goshen Education Foundation will retain all submitted applications and information will remain confidential.

• The applications will be judged by a committee of the Goshen Education Foundation.

•  Any questions concerning the application may be directed to your high school counselor.
